Yesterday's tips were unsuccessful. We had four straight bet tips. One of them was a winner (Coventry), two of them were losers (Cesena, Xanthi) and one match was postponed (Cercle Brugge). Day's result was -0.85 points.
We also had six LAY suggestions and results with them were also bad. Three of them were winners (Blackpool, Betis, Fiorentina) and three were losers (Hamburg, Marseille, Torino).

We still believe in Cagliari's abilities in home field. They had very bad start for the season but lately they have improved. Their current home record is W5-D3-L3. Their last four home games have a record of W1-D3-L0. In those games they have met stronger opponents like Fiorentina (draw 2-2), Livorno (win 3-0), Roma (draw 2-2) and Napoli (3-3). Results are showing that Cagliari doesn't have any scoring problems at the moment. Bari is 10th on the Serie A table and they live from points that they gather from their home field. Currently they have 32 points and only 8 of them are from away matches. Their recent away form is showing a reord of W0-D1-L3 and in their last away game they losed to Atalanta (19th).

Sion is 7th on the Swiss Super League table. Their home record for the season is quite good W5-D2-L2 and record for the four last games is W3-D0-L1. Zurich is one of the big clubs in the Swiss league. Currently they are 8th on the league table and they have been struggling with their away performance in this season. They away reocrd for the season is W1-D3-L5 and record for the last four away games W1-D0-L3. We think that with the current odds this is decent bet.

Auxerre is 7th on the French league table. Their overall performance in home field have been average for the season -> W7-D2-L3 and their recent performance for four last games is W1-D2-L1. Last week Auxerre lost to Grenoble 5-0 and we think that odds compilers have over reacted after this match. Rennes ain't bad team either. They are currently 9th on the league table with decent away record of W2-D5-L4 but their recent away record is showing two losses W1-D1-L2. Head to head stats between these two teams are showing clear advantage to Auxerre W10-D1-L3. With the current odds we think this is good valued bet.

I am terrible sorry but there was a mistake in yesterday’s betting tips. We tipped erroneously a LAY bet for Preston and it should be LAY for Blackpool like the odds were suggesting, so the right suggestion is:

In those four last home matches they have conceaded only one goal and scored 10. Crotone is 15th on the league table and their away form is quite poor W2-D4-L6 and their recent away form have been even worse W0-D1-L3. With the current home odds this looks very good valued bet for us.

Mallorca's home record is stunning W9-D0-L0 while Villareal's away record is W1-D2-L6. Mallorca is 5th on the league table while Villareal is 9th...so in our opinion this is excellent bet. Mallorca have played poorly at away fields for hole season and that's surely the biggest reason why their home field odds are continuously so high. Ok, sure Mallorca's first home defeat or draw is on its way, but with the odds like this it's crazy to skip this opportunity.

They have had a lot of injuries with key players and the situation is not looking much better to this game. We think that Sampdoria will end a run of home draws in this game.

Yesterday's selection was a clear loser while Sedan crushed the Clermont 0-3 in away field. All of three LAY suggestions were winners for us.
To clarify the situation, we are counting only the suggested traditional bets to our tipping performance (which are always published in "tables" and odds are from bookies). By that we want show that it is possible to bet profitable even with bookmakers odds if you have a solid selection process, enough discipline and you use right bookmakers.
We are also making all the suggested LAY's by ourselves and believe that they are also profitble like our past results are showing. But as said these suggestions are not calculated to our published tipping performance. Ok, it's obvious that we are keeping records from all our betting activities...and we believe that as a smart punter you will also cause that's the only way to learn.
We are still investigating the markets but it seems that there will be at least couple of selections for Saturday later on. See you!

Sorry about late tips time, had a very busy day today.
Wednesday we had a winner bet in Blackburn match. I think quite a many of you could get even better odds than ours 2.0 at tipping time...and that's always nice. Our LAY suggestion was a clear loser...and by loser I unfortunately mean that our bet was a loser.

We think that Clermont has a bigger chance to win this game that the odds are showing.

In their last home game Genoa ended to draw against Bari (we tipped Genoa to win...). In that match Genoa had every opportunity to win the game. Genoa's home record is still good W6-D3-L1 and when you get odds like this against team like Atalanta we think it's a decent bet. Atalanta played well against Bologna last Wednesday. Bologna were 2-0 ahead and Atalanta rised to draw. Atalanta were also closer to win that game. We still think that their current form is not enough against Genoa. Atalanta's away record for the season is still poor W2-D2-L6.

Another draw in yesterdays tip.
It is quite interesting actually, since 06.12.2009 we have tipped 32 times a home win in the football tips and those matches have a record of; 2 postponed, 18 home wins, 11 draws and 1 away win. So by laying the away side in Betfair (or in some other exchange) or by selecting "DRAW NO BET" in every match would have been very profitable...
Still our records show that in the longer term our past selections are showing greatest return of investment by playing them in the way we are doing right now, but obviously we have to observe our "filters" constantly.
By the way, did you know that it is easy create your own "DRAW NO BET"- market to almost every football match if you have an betting account in some sportsexchange? Just BACK the home win and LAY the away win with same stakes in the match and you have just made a "DRAW NO BET"- selection!

Once again statistics are showing that in the long term by playing Grosseto against opponent like Triestina with the odds 2.1 would be a profitable strategy. Grosseto is a decent home team with the home record of W6-D4-L1. Their recent form is also good with the record W3-D1-L0 in 4 last games and they have won much stronger opponents than Triestina. Grosseto is 7th in the Serie B league table. Triestina is 16th in the league table and their away performance is poor W0-D5-L5, they haven't won a single match in away fields. Their recent away form is also bad with 3 consecutive losses against league 3rd, 19th and 10th.

On our selections Parma had a missed penalty and they went down to 10 men after 30mins.
